You will be able to ask occupants who choose to respond. Registration alone will not open private conversations or issue reports.

I manage a property

Management authority must be verified separately. The planned offer includes issue management and maintenance history for the authorised building.

Planned rate. Subscriptions are not yet available to purchase; registration does not trigger a charge.

Automatic monthly renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period.

How will your connection to the building be verified?

Home: a rental agreement, residence certificate or bill in your name showing the building address. Any lease ID will stay private and will not replace document review.

Workplace: a recent employer statement naming your actual work location. Business premises: a commercial lease or equivalent evidence. A company email address alone will not be sufficient.

Before future uploads, irreversibly redact amounts, salary, IBANs, unnecessary personal identifiers, QR codes and other people’s data. Keep only the name, workplace or building address, date and issuer needed for review legible. A full payslip is not required.

An authorised reviewer other than the applicant will check the evidence. No document alone will guarantee approval. Documents will not be visible to the community or included in a property manager’s subscription.

Verification will confirm the documented building connection, not the truth of comments. It will not grant property ownership or management rights.
