Data protection

The first version collects as little data as possible.

This notice describes the data-minimising informational TrustHuus V1. Interactive accounts, reviews, document uploads and payments are not enabled.

Controller

ProPerformance GmbH, Spätzstrasse 18, 8810 Horgen, Switzerland, is responsible for this beta.

What is not active

  • No accounts or sign-in
  • No payments
  • No upload of contracts or documents
  • No publication of reviews
  • No advertising pixels or profiling

What happens in the browser

  • The cost calculation stays on the device
  • The checklist is not saved
  • The selected address is sent to official mapping services to retrieve data
  • Technical providers may receive the IP address and standard request data
  • “Use my location” requests a single position only after a click and browser permission. TrustHuus does not save it in an account, browser storage or the URL. Map tiles and local data extracts are requested for the displayed area, so providers may infer that area. No location history or proof of residence.

  • OpenStreetMap data is served with the site, without live requests to OpenStreetMap; external source links open only when selected
  • Official websites of organisations listed in the building dossier are opened only through direct links

Technical operation

  • Beta hosting through OpenAI Sites
  • Encrypted transport using TLS and security headers
  • No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies
  • Hosting and data-service providers may process technical logs such as IP address, time and requested URL for operation and security

Anti-bot check

reCAPTCHA protection is being prepared. Submissions are blocked until it is configured.

Start Google reCAPTCHA to continue. Google receives browser technical data and may set a security cookie. We do not send it the content of reviews, photos or documents.

Requests for access, rectification, deletion or objection, and corrections to business information, may be sent by post to ProPerformance GmbH, Spätzstrasse 18, 8810 Horgen, Switzerland. Effective date: 10 September 2026.
