Address search across Switzerland, official building data, geographical models, construction works within each source’s stated coverage, publicly declared organisation locations, a local cost calculator and a viewing checklist. No contracts, payments, accounts or public reviews.
Datasets may be incomplete, outdated or modelled. Before making a decision, verify the listing, property manager, competent authority, named businesses and actual conditions during the viewing.
V1 does not publish market estimates without a reliable source. Figures entered in the calculator are provided by the user and remain in the browser.
